Our community has supported the Ratepayers Association since the very beginning, including purchasing the parkland in 1966. Going to the park has been a tradition for years, and we’re doing our best to protect that tradition.
Please consider joining (or renewing) your membership. Each household pays annual dues of $30. We use the money to pay expenses—including municipal taxes, liability insurance, and regular park maintenance. Members are eligible to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting.
We need membership dues to maintain our park, keep our community strong, and protect our year-round lake access. The options for payment are listed below.
Consent to Receive Communications
By applying for (or renewing) membership in the Cumberland Beach and District Ratepayers Association, you consent to receive communications from the Association—including but not limited to newsletters, event notices, and other updates—via email to the address you provide.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by responding back with “unsubscribe” included in our emails or by contacting the Association directly.

I want to make a Donation
I want to make a donation to the Association that will be used for special projects such as the Tree Fundraising Campaign that will be used to trim and/or remove trees as needed in order to keep the park safe.
